Elly was born and raised in Galt, California, and moved to Reno in 2005. She attended the University of Nevada in 2009 to study interior design and journalism. She enjoys sewing, contributing to the local music scene, and longs to travel as much as possible.
Lori Heeren, Vice President / General Manager
Lori Heeren, a Nevada broadcaster for more than 20 years, is vice president/general manager of Reno Media Group and Americom Broadcasting. Lori began her career in Las Vegas, was a radio sales manager in Seattle, and then returned to Las Vegas as sales manager and director of sales for CBS Radio. The Radio Advertising Bureau has honored her for professional success and she has received numerous Electronic Media Awards.
A South Dakota native, Lori is a magna cum laude graduate of Augustana College and was the 1979 Miss Teenage America. She was named Radio Ink Magazine’s national “Street Fighter of the Year” and has been a national leader in event marketing.
Lori and her husband have two sons. Lori is also active in animal rescue efforts. She loves to cook, sing and play the piano, and is very happy to call Reno and northern Nevada home.

Heather is a native of Reno, NV and graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a major in Political Science. Heather, attended high school at Reno High and also abroad as an exchange student in Frieburg Germany. She has seventeen years of broadcast marketing experience and special event planning. Over the past 10 years Heather has managed several departments at Reno Media Group, that include sales manager and special events. Carrie joined the Reno Media Group just over a decade ago as an account executive. Through the years, Carrie was given more responsibilities and currently manages the local sales and consulting services teams of the seven radio stations and their interactive divisions. Carrie grew up in the Reno Carson area and went on to study marketing and media communications. She attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and the University of London before returning home to finish her degree at the University of Nevada, Reno. Today Carrie leads a team of trained and experienced experts and still remains very active in assisting with support of our local clients. Spending the past 10 years with the company, she has developed marketing strategies to help businesses throughout the area gain higher visibility and profitability. Prior to her career at Reno Media Group, she spent five years at the NBC affiliate in Reno.

Michelle Cho is the Media Support Representative to the Marketing and Sales Team of Reno Media Group. Michelle was born in Las Vegas, NV but raised in both Seoul, South Korea and Las Vegas. As a result, she speaks fluent Korean. She came to Reno in 2000 to attend the University of Nevada, and graduated in 2007 with a B.S. in Interior Design. After graduation, she explored the design field with an Interior Design Business and through different positions of sales and customer service. She enjoys cooking, sewing, and attending the Wolf Pack Athletics games. Michelle now calls Reno her home with her fiancè Jeremy and two dogs, Jack

Jacquie Allen, Sales Assistant

Jacquie was born and raised in Reno, Nevada and joined Reno Media Group in April of 2013. Independently, she has been studying media for over a decade, and was previously a published movie reviewer in two states, including Nevada. She briefly left Reno to pursue film school in Southern California, but eventually returned to her much-loved hometown to follow a slightly different path. She is currently studying at Truckee Meadows Community College and wishes to eventually become a film teacher. In her free time, Jacquie loves to watch films and television, exercise, read and study, which she does most often with her partner in crime, her boyfriend Mike, and their dogs, Scrappy and Kirby.

Lori Songe, Internet Content Manager
Lori has worked for Americom since 1996. Originally from Los Angeles, where her family still lives, but moved to Dallas to attend Southern Methodist University where she obtained a degree in Psychology. Reno has become her home she loves with her husband and daughter. Lori knows a lot about the radio business, since she has worked in many aspects in our business. She started off in sales in 1996, but went into the traffic department (which coordinates the commercials on the station logs). She worked in that department for 7 years. Lori then went on to work as a Sales Assistant in the Regional/National Sales Department. Now, she is the one that updates, and helps design the new radio station websites.

Michelle Eaton, Graphic and Web Designer
Michelle Eaton is the Web and Graphic Designer for Reno Media Group. Michelle was raised in nearby Gardnerville. After moving away from the area for just over 6 years, she moved back to the Reno/Tahoe area in 2005, and attended the University of Nevada Reno. She has worked in many fields, including Computer System Administration, Technical Support, Web Design, and Computer Training.
Michelle also has a wide range of hobbies including sewing, costuming, PC and video gaming, scuba diving, amateur radio, and running an online storefront for handmade costume props. She currently lives in Reno with her husband, Michael, and two cats, Zuli and Tigs. She loves creating websites, graphics, and promotional materials for Reno Media Group.
